The Mumbai Police filled an FIR on charges of assault against Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi on an objection of an on-screen character, the on-screen character said he is in effect "erroneously embroiled for this situation."

In the protest documented at Versova Police Station, Aditya Pancholi has been charged under Sections 376 (assault), 328 (causing harmed by methods for toxin), 384 (blackmail), 341 (unfair limitation), 342 (improper control), 323 (deliberately causing hurt) and 506 (criminal terrorizing) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The actor had recorded her announcement before the Versova Police prior this week in help of her past objection against Aditya Pancholi.
